Please note that specific opening hours may apply to holiday periods. The centre will be closed on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day, all other days are normal trading hours.  Some individual store opening hours may vary, click here for store listings.

About Us

Shopping and entertainment don’t get bigger than this. The Junction is the GO-to retail and leisure destination in Northern Ireland. A playground for visitors of all ages. Shopping is only one part of The Junction experience. As well as over 30 retailers, we offer a wide range of places to eat and drink, activities for the kids and a 10-screen Omniplex cinema. There is more than enough to keep the whole family entertained! A great day out on a grand scale.

Mobility Scooters/Wheel Chair Hire

Dog policy

Dogs are more than welcome at The Junction as long as they’re kept on a lead and remain with their owners at all times.

Baby changing facilities

We have baby changing facilities at the Centre beside the Visitor Information Centre.

Our team of friendly customer service advisors are available to answer your questions and provide assistance at our Visitor Information Centre. We want to ensure your visit to The Junction is as enjoyable as possible, so feel free to pop in and ask us whatever you need to know – from store locations to tourist information, finding local transport or simply where to go for lunch.

Dementia Friends

The Junction is a Dementia Friendly centre. To date, we have 90 members of staff throughout the centre that have completed the necessary workshop and we are incorporating this as part of the induction training for all new staff members going forward.
